ATHLETES---

Physicals will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 beginning at 1:00pm in the Corder Gym.

• 1:00pm - Middle School Girls Basketball

• 1:15pm - Volleyball

• 1:30pm - Cross Country (Middle School and Varsity)

• 1:45pm - Cheerleading

• 2:00pm - Middle School Football

• 2:15pm - High School Football (9th & 10th graders)

• 2:30pm - High School Football (11th & 12th graders)

-Cost is $15.00 per student

-Parents and Athletes must complete sections 1-6 of the PIAA physical form in order for the doctor to complete the physical.

-Physical packets can be found in the Middle and High School offices, the trainers office, or click here, Sports Physical Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Evaluation (CIPPE) and Allegheny Health Network AHN Addendum to CIPPE Form 

-You may also choose to get your physical at your family physician, but you must use the same physical form.
