Athletic Physical Information
Cost is $15.00 when completed by the school physician. Cash payments are accepted as well as checks made payable to Northwestern High School. Dates are announced prior to each season.
Physical Packets are also available in the Middle and High School offices or the trainers office.
You may also choose to get your physical at your family physician, but you must use the physical form above.
First official day of Spring practice is Monday, March 2, 2026. Middle School Track & Field begins on March 30, 2026
7th/8th Grade Volleyball season starts on February 2, 2026
